We're thrilled to announce our very first g4g Day launch in the capital city of Abuja, Nigeria

We welcome 50 girls aged 11-15 to the Education Resource Centre (ERC) as they experience 3 fun and hands-on workshops on all aspects of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and see how it links to everything around us!

When? Thursday, 6 July 2017, 9:00 to 15:00

What? We welcome 50 girls aged 11-15 to a g4g Day event of interactive, hands-on, fun in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics!

How? We invite role model professionals to lead 45-minute workshops highlighting science and technology, with 15 - 18 girls in one workshop. Girls will experience 3 workshops throughout the day.

Doom is a graduate of Chemistry and is currently working on pursuing a Masters in Medicinal Chemistry. Her passion for Science has led her to take up different volunteer jobs in teaching students Basic Science, especially those in less privileged communities.

Having grown up wanting to be Indiana Jones, Alexaundra loves to find new ways to combine her passions for science, history, languages and world travel. She has a Master degree in European Studies and co-taught an after school science program.

Melissa Rancourt, Chairman & Founder. Melissa is an engineer herself and loves the Big Bang TV show. So much so that she does a workshop based on it which has proved to be one of the favourites of the girls. From global communications & event coordinating, she manages various g4g internal projects, creates science workshops, supervises our lovely young interns and ambassadors and loves to lead the DNA workshop across the globe!
