Woohoo, mark your calendars!
We are thrilled to invite 125 girls aged 11-15 to join our 2nd g4g Day in Pittsburgh with Covestro, to engage in hands-on STEM workshops, meet fascinating role models, and discover the excitement of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)!
Bringing together 125 girls from the local community, they will have the opportunity to take part in a free event highlighting all aspects of STEM through interactive workshops run by Covestro and g4g role models! Exciting STEM workshops such as aquaponics, beekeeping, natural tie dyeing and much more!
Students will also be greeted by Dr Stephanie Strazisar, Covestro's Tailored Urethanes Application Development Manager; Joylette Portlock, Executive Director of Sustainable Pittsburgh; and Dr Linda Johnson, Manager of the Environmental Science Program at Chatham University and Interim Manager of the Sustainability Program.
