Cieszymy się z organizacji naszego czwartego dnia g4g @Krakow w Polsce, we współpracy z fantastycznym zespołem AGH, ABB, Aptiv, GE Healthcare i Nokia!
W tym roku zaprosimy 150 dziewcząt w wieku 10-14 lat do udziału w interaktywnych warsztatach, aby odkryć STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). Całe to ekscytujące i darmowe wydarzenie odbędzie się w budynkach Wydziału Telekomunikacji oraz Wydziału Informatyki Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej w Krakowie! Dziewczęta będą miały możliwość zapoznania się z praktycznymi warsztatami i interakcji z wzorami zawodowymi z zawodu.
Pamiętaj, że wydarzenie zostało wyprzedane i nie możemy już akceptować nowej rejestracji. Bądź na bieżąco z nadchodzącymi wydarzeniami!

Co? W tym roku do udziału w interaktywnych warsztatach z kręgu nauk ścisłych - STEM (ang. Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) zapraszamy 150 dziewcząt w wieku 10-14 lat.
Jak? Ekscytujące spotkanie i wciągająca zabawa nauką, technologią, inżynierią i matematyką - tylko dla dziewcząt! Zaproszeni partnerzy reprezentujący organizacje i firmy poprowadzą interaktywne warsztaty, które pokażą wam najciekawszą stronę nauki i techniki.

Marta has been working for cisco since Feb 2013. Currently as a Business Analyst for Business Intelligence and Analytics team.

One of our project coordinators for g4g in Krakow, Anna Toporkiewicz joined Cisco in October 2013 as a BI Analyst in GBS BI team and loves creating stories based on the numbers provided :). She likes challenges, process improvements and project management. In her free time, she loves cooking, travelling and meeting with people.

Karolina has started her journey with Cisco in April 2018 while joining IT Regional Team. Open-mindedness, willing to help the others as well as positive way of thinking helped her to step into new role as a Project Manager and lead small internal projects with a great passion and a can-do attitude. After working hours, she loves to improve language skills, cook Moroccan meals and enjoy waves on the Canary Islands.

When she is not posting/youtubing/instagraming or hashtaging, Marie is usually in front of her sewing machine. Or learning how to do aerial hoop. Or taking a webinar on cyber security! She visited 20 countries in the world so far and doesn't plan to stop before she saw them all. An ecofriendly advocate she firmly believes that the children will be the ones to save our planet and she can't wait to see them succeed.

One of our project coordinators for g4g in Krakow, Karolina has joined Cisco in 2014 as a Data Specialist in payroll team, now working as a combination of Continuous Improvement specialist and Business Analyst. She has maths background so naturally she likes numbers and analytics. Personally a mum of a girl and an equal rights believer. Plays flute and sings in Cisco choir.

Aurelia Takacs is on our advisory board for corporate partnerships and is our diversity & inclusion expert, global Cisco contact, AND Project Manager for g4g in Amman & Krakow! She’s piloted our‘g4g@work’ concept w/ Cisco, which we will use with other companies around the world! As a “world citizen” in Brussels, she loves kitchen science and watching "The IT Crowd"! She hopes to inspire girls to think “outside of the box” and study and pursue careers in STEM. All about her launch in Jordan here!

In 2017, in partnership with the fabulous Cisco team, Akamai, AGH, Sabre and Nokia, we hosted the 3rd annual g4g Day @Krakow event in Poland! These 200 girls came from the local community to experience another spectacular year of innovative technology, cool hands-on science workshops, creativity and much more!

It is with an incredible energy that we hosted our 2nd annual #g4gDayKrakow event in partnership with a great team from Cisco Kraków! We opened doors to an incredible group of 200 local greenlight girls and hosted 18 hands-on workshops (from 3D printing to engineering with marshmallows to gesture recognition cameras in cool cars...).
